Tall Storage Tray

Our selection of baskets are hand woven in villages about 2 hours from Fès in north Morocco. Made by small family groups and to a fair wage, each basket is made from doum palm trees that line valleys and riverbeds in the south of Morocco. 

People have commented on the finish of the palm leaf baskets at the rim - there is sometimes a bit of a dip on one side, this is not a fault it's how the final strip of the palm is attached to the lower strip and part of the handmade process. 

Please note the basket doesn't mind getting wet as long as you thoroughly allow it to dry out.
